New Zealand Wide:
Purchased items are sent anywhere in New Zealand via Courier Post, or NZ Post. The Courier Post policy is to obtain a signature (Proof of Delivery) on all consignments. The signatory may not necessarily be the person that the shipment is addressed to, so please be sure that the delivery address is to a trusted address. If a signatory is not available at time of delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox.
All products couriered in New Zealand shipping rates are shown in the shopping when you are logged into your account.
If you have not heard from us at Battery Masta or you have not received your product/s within 7 working days, please contact us immediately. All parcels are bar-coded for fast and accurate tracking should the need arise. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery in main centers and slightly more for rural.
Please note - We are not responsible for items once they have left our building, that is the responsibility of the courier company or postal service that were given the responsibility of transporting your goods and you need to make arrangements to get your claim investigated and goods replaced at the cost of the courier company (New Zealand only). Please notify us of all damaged goods within 7 Days of receiving your package so we can assist you in your claim.
Trans-Tasman - Shipping:
Pease Note: Airmail -. Trans-Tasman deliveries carry an additional charges which depends on what zone you are in which will be calculated in the shopping cart when you are logged in. If you have not heard from us at Battery Masta or you have not received your products within 10 working days, please contact us immediately. All parcels coded for fast and accurate tracking should the need arise. Please allow 8 working days for delivery.
Standard Shipping - USA, UK and Rest of the World:
Standard Shipments are handled via International Air Service.
Please note: An extra charge will be added per items to that seen in the shopping Cart if the item falls outside the standard rates.
Please contact Battery Masta by Email if you have not received your items within the specified time (items will take up to 10 days to arrive). There is no tracking on Airmail parcels.
*All items are packed securely for protection. You are responsible for your own insurance.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE New Zealand:
The majority of products sold by Battery Masta can be shipped outside of New Zealand for personal use only.
We ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and some European countries ie. Germany and France only. We reserve the right to ship decide where we ship to.
We do not accept orders from outside the above. However if it is an order for delivery as a gift within NZ that is acceptable providing funds are transferred to our bank account. The reason being that far too many fraud cases have occurred to these areas and we have a nil tolerance on fraud.
Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items shipped internationally for first time orders. If this is the case we will notify you via email or telephone.
Customs: Customers are responsible for paying any duties, customs charges, or tariffs on products shipped to them. Customs declarations will indicate the full value of the order in NZ dollars.
Legality: Customers are responsible for ensuring the products that they order are legal for use in that country.
Returns Policy:
All items purchased from Battery Masta are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This means that if any item you receive is faulty, simply return it to us with details of the fault and we will happily exchange it for you with another copy freight free. If this item is no longer available or we are out of stock for 10 days, we will give you the option of:
i) Waiting for the item to come back into stock after we have advised you of
the expected delivery time.
ii) Choosing another item to the same value.
iii) Receiving a store credit to the same value.
iv) Receiving a full refund to the same value.
Please e-mail us with notification of what you are returning and we will respond to you immediately with instructions (you will require a Return Authority Number).
Faulty Returns Policy:
Should you be unlucky to receive a faulty or damaged item, please e-mail or contact us by telephone on 03-377-1771. We will make arrangements to send you a replacement for your faulty item promptly (New Zealand only). All faulty items must be reported to us within 7 Days of receiving your package.
*International orders: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package via email for instructions on replacement of faulty items. We will respond to your email promptly.
Damaged Goods Policy:
Should you be unlucky to receive your order and damage has been done to the package contents, please contact the courier company that delivered the package with the tracking number of you parcel located near the barcode on the courier bag -In most cases this will be Courier Post if goods are sent by courier - ph 0800 800 841.
